I earned my BA in Illustration, Graphic Design and Fine Art from Montclair State University, located just outside Manhattan proper. Things being the way they were, institutions, in the grand sense of the word - the MOMA, the Met, the Guggenheim - all became part of my regular curriculum. Devoid of the 'world wide web,' my fellow students and I lived it, and lived 'in it.' Life was different. You touched everything, and in turn, it breathed life into you.


The quest to be 'in it' would become the common thread throughout my career-so-far. I've worked in-agency for M&M/MARS, Crayola, Blockbuster, Lea & Perrins and WaterPik; I've developed branding, corporate collateral and advertising series campaign for a good amount of start-ups; I've designed, branded and art directed 4 publications; story-boarded commercial concepts and developed television show graphics for Bravo and here! networks. I've changed the face of Crayola packaging, designed packaging concept for WaterPik, instituted regulatory packaging and shipping specs for M&M/MARS, and been awarded series Ad campaign work for the Wyoming Department of Health. Always wanting to keep 'in it,' I most recently tried my hand at signage, large format and vehicle graphics, which garnered the pleasure of working directly with the public, fielding walk-in inquiries and conducting on the spot surveys.


Through proven redesign projects, I emphatically believe reinvention is the key to remaining relevant. I've refaced vertical publications (The One, Los Angeles, CA / Active Cities, Boulder, CO); updated concept and identity for truck stops, hotels, theater and non-profits  (Johnson’s Corner, Johnstown, CO / Hilton, Fort Collins, CO/Candlelight Dinner Playhouse, Johnstown, CO/Hearts & Horses, Loveland, CO); developed ground-up for several brick & mortar health & wellness practices along the Front Range (including KineticWise Sports and Medical Massage, Fort Collins, CO) upscale apparel (Storm Fine Apparel, Fort Collins, CO) and rolled out strategic marketing plans and accompanying advertising for restaurant chains (including Fresh Choice, East Bay, CA) and personal tour companies (Barking Squirrel Tours, Denver, CO).


Maintaining long-term relationships, both on the client and vendor side, are a staple of how I do business. The most important thing I can do in a day is listen to the needs of those around me, because it affords me the ability to provide opportunities for them and to fulfill their dreams whenever possible. Reciprocity is a beautiful thing.
